Please note that the surgery DO NOT routinely receive the results of investigations ordered by secondary care.

This includes scan results, x-rays, biopsies and blood results that were ordered in outpatients or A&E.

Many GP appointments are wasted by people booking in to see us for these results which we do not receive and can only seldom access via the computer.

Also - following discharge from hospital or attendance at outpatients please give sufficient time for us to have received correspondence from the hospital before booking in to see us - or check with the receptionists that we have received it first before making an appointment.
